Local conservatives have selected Gerard Hargreaves as their candidate for the forthcoming Council By-Election.
Gerard has been active in local politics in Kensington and Chelsea for nearly 20 years. As an experienced candidate in local elections he is passionate about working with residents and community based organisations to help protect our part of London for future generations and make it an even better place for all of its residents and businesses.

Gerard is involved in a number of charities and local groups mainly in the areas of mental health and the arts. He runs his own business and works with a range of organisations in both the private and public sectors. He hopes that the skills he has learnt in both these areas will prove useful within the Council.

Gerard’s particular interests are in creating a safe place to live and work in and providing great leisure and recreation facilities for our all community. If elected, Gerard will work hard to help preserve the local character of this part of Chelsea that makes it unique in the landscape of London.
